AOK Bayern intends to conclude non-exclusive discount agreements on the active substance phenprocoumon, ATC B01AA04, with all interested pharmaceutical companies in accordance with Section 130a, Paragraph 8 of the Social Code Book V. AOK Bayern offers all interested pharmaceutical companies that meet the eligibility requirements listed below the opportunity to conclude identical and non-individually negotiable discount agreements. The earliest possible contract start is May 1st, 2022, all contracts end on April 30th, 2024. A contract can be concluded at any time during this period, but no later than 03/05/2024. The contracts can be terminated with one month's notice to the end of the month. Upon the entry into force of a federal or state-specific, In the case of a discount agreement concluded in an open procedure for medicinal products with the active substance that is the subject of the order, the open-house agreements automatically expire for the corresponding term.
