The Anti-red Tape Authority (arta), Through The 2024 General Appropriations Act Intends To Apply The Sum Of Fourteen Million Nine Hundred Sixteen Thousand Pesos (php 14,916,000.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Procurement Of Services Of A Survey Company / Market Research Firm To Conduct The 2024 Implementation Of The Report Card Survey (rcs) 2.0 With Invitation To Bid No. 2024-02-0001. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Arta Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required As Stated In The Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within The Last Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Ofan Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ji (instructions To Bidders). 3.
