The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having experience in similar nature of work, with specific requirements such as: - Minimum value of 40% of the estimated amount put to tender during 5 years prior to the date of issue of the tender notice for Mechanical, Electrical, and Civil works, which is Rs. 4,09,60,000/-. - Alternatively, the bidder should have completed 2 similar nature of works, each of minimum value of 30% of the estimated amount put to tender, which is Rs. 3,07,20,000/-. - Another option is to have completed one single running work of similar nature with a value of not less than Rs. 4,09,60,000/-, and which has been completed to an extent of 80% or more. In case of a joint venture, the Machineries agency must fulfill the eligibility criteria of 60% of the estimated amount of total works put to tender, which is Rs. 6,14,40,000/-, and the electrical agency must fulfill the eligibility criteria of 10% of the estimated amount of electrical works put to tender. The bidder should also have experience under any department of State Government for similar works, with a satisfactory completion certificate, and a minimum annual turnover of Rs. 50 Crore. Additionally, the bidder's experience in similar works is evaluated based on their financial turnover, with marks allocated as follows: - Rs.50,00,00,001 and above = 10 marks - Rs. 20,00,00,001 to Rs. 50,00,00,000/- = 7 Marks - Rs. 5,00,00,001 to Rs. 20,00,00,000/- = 3 Marks - Rs. 1,00,00,001/- to Rs. 5,00,00,000/- = 2 Marks - Rs. below 1,00,00,000/- = 1 Marks.
