The bid capacity required in the given tender is as follows: 1. Financial Capacity: - The agency/company should have a turnover of 3 Cr. Yearly with the State Government. - The financial turnover during the last financial year will be evaluated as follows: (1) Rs.50,00,00,001 and above = 10 marks (2) Rs. 20,00,00,001 to Rs. 50,00,00,000/- = 7 Marks (3) Rs. 5,00,00,001 to Rs. 20,00,00,000/- = 3 Marks (4) Rs. 1,00,00,001/- to Rs. 5,00,00,000/- = 2 Marks (5) Rs. below 1,00,00,000/- = 1 Mark 2. Technical Capability: - The bidder should have experience in similar nature of work through credentials. - The bidder should have personnel and equipment capability. 3. Experience: - The agency/company should have experience under any department of the State Government for similar works. - A satisfactory completion certificate should be provided. 4. Organization Setup: - The bidder should have a detailed organization setup, including a board, project manager, civil engineer, mechanical engineer, electrical engineer, admin and accounts assistant, and project coordinator. 5. Authorization/Approval: - The bidder should have authorization/approval from the manufacturer of equipment/machineries. The evaluation criteria for the technical proposal include: - Presentation/Demonstration of completed/ongoing similar works (40 marks) - Financial Turnover (10 marks) - Experience under any department of the State Government for similar works (10 marks) - Details of Organization Setup (20 marks) - Authorization/Approval from the manufacturer of equipment/machineries (20 marks) The total marks for technical evaluation are 100. The proposal will be rejected if it does not achieve a minimum technical mark of 50 out of 100. The bid capacity required in the given tender is as follows: * For similar nature of work (Mechanical, Electrical & Civil), the minimum value of 40% of the estimated amount put to tender during 5 years prior to the date of issue of this tender notice. * Alternatively, for similar nature of work (Plant & machineries related in Poultry Farm), the minimum value of 30% of the estimated amount put to tender during 5 years prior to the date of issue of this tender notice, with at least 2 such works. * Or, for a single running work of similar nature, which has been completed on the extent of 80% or more, with a value of not less than the desired value at (i) above. Additionally, for joint ventures: * The Machineries agency must fulfill the eligibility criteria of 60% of the estimated amount of total works put to tender. * The Electrical agency must fulfill the eligibility criteria of 10% of the estimated amount of electrical works put to tender. Formulas: * 40% of the estimated amount put to tender (for Mechanical, Electrical & Civil works) * 30% of the estimated amount put to tender (for Plant & machineries related in Poultry Farm works) * 60% of the estimated amount of total works put to tender (for Machineries agency in joint ventures) * 10% of the estimated amount of electrical works put to tender (for Electrical agency in joint ventures) * Available Bid Capacity = (A+N+M-B) Where: A: Maximum value of Civil Engineering work updated to the price level of the last 5 years at the rate of 8 percent simple interest per year. N: 1.0 if completion time is more than 6 months, 0.5 if completion time is less than or equal to 6 months M: 3 B: Value at the current price level of existing commitments and ongoing works to be completed during the period of completion of the work for which bids are invited.
