Title: 2023/8950 Framework Agreement - Snow Clearing Contracts For Alver Municipality. description: Alver Municipality Shall Have Contracts For Winter Operations On Roads In The Municipality. It Is Divided Into 31 Areas For Which Winter Operations Shall Be Carried Out. This Procurement Concerns Four Of The Sections. These Lots Are Divided Into Two Sub-contracts, With Two Sections In Each Sub-contract. One Sub-contract Is Areas 27 And 28, Whilst Another Is Areas 8 And 30. Tenders Cannot Be Submitted For Individual Routes For These Four Routes. Tenders Must Be Submitted For Each Pair. Tenders Must Not Be Submitted For Both Pairs. The Procurement Shall Be Valid For 3 Years, With An Option For Up To Two Further Years. A Framework Agreement Shall Be Signed With One Tenderer Per Sub-contract. The Same Tenderer Can Have Several Sections During The Agreement Period, And Can Submit Tenders For Multiple Routes In The Competition. The Different Areas And Assignments For Each Area Are Stated In Annex 5 Snow Clearing Areas - Winter Operation 2024-2029. A Contingency Supplement Will Be Provided Per Lot Of Nok 150,000.
