Rfx Documents Should Be Obtained From The Bonfire Portal At Https://strathcona.bonfirehub.ca. This Request For Proposals (the “rfp”) Is An Invitation By Strathcona County (the “county”) To Prospective Proponents To Submit Proposals For A Fleet And Facility Management Department Functional Review, As Further Described In Section A Of The Rfp Particulars (appendix A) (the “deliverables”). The County Requires An Experienced And Qualified Consulting Firm To Conduct A Comprehensive Functional Review Of The Service Model And Structure Of The County’s Fleet And Facility Management (ffm) Department. The County Requires The Functional Review (phase 1) To Be Conducted Immediately Upon Execution Of An Agreement And To Be Complete By The End Of October 2024. Thereafter, The County May, At Its Discretion, Engage The Successful Proponent For Additional (phase 2) Strategic Deliverables (which Includes But Is Not Limited To Phase 1 Performance Follow Up And Feedback Research, Interviews, Recommendations, And Presentations) Based On The Key Findings And Recommendations Report Provided During Phase 1.
