This Request For Proposals (the “rfp”) Is An Invitation By The Municipal District Of Greenview No. 16 (“the Municipality”) To Prospective Proponents To Submit Proposals For Nightly Guard Services For Greenview Buildings In Valleyview, And Grande Cache, Alberta As Further Described In Section A Of The Rfp Particulars (appendix D) (the “deliverables”). The Municipality Is Seeking A Provider Who Can Provide Nightly Guard Service Inspection, And Monitoring Of (11) Buildings In Valleyview And (11) Buildings In Grande Cache Between The Hours Of 6:30 Pm And 6:00 Am Every Day Of The Week. The Inspection Must Include A Minimum Of 3 Patrols Of Each Building And Yard Every Shift. Along With The Routine Patrol, The Guards Must Be Licenced And Qualified To Address Incidents Which Occur In These Buildings As Well As Respond To Incidents In Other Greenview Communities. The Successful Proponent Must Immediately Respond To Incidents Detected On Video Monitoring And Alarm Systems Within The Buildings.
