General .1 Requirements Specified In This Section Apply To The Scope And Measurement Of Work For Purposes Of Determining Payment Under The Contract. 2. Measurement Schedule 2.1 Extra Work Allowances .1 Unforeseen Work: .1 Scope: Includes Unforeseen Work For Which Payment Is Not Included Elsewhere.
