The bidder should have successfully completed or substantially completed certain works of specific values. The required prior work experience includes three works, each of Rs.1,02,93,147, or two works, each of Rs.1,28,66,434, or one work of Rs.2,05,86,294 in a single contract of similar nature of works, such as Construction of Flexible/Rigid pavement works, during the last seven years. Substantial completion should be based on 80% (value-wise) or more works completed under the contract. The experience certificates should show the nature of work done, the value of work, and other relevant details. The value of executed works shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum. Additionally, for Annual Rate Contracts, the agency having experience of completed AMC contract of more than one year shall be counted for the value of work for a completed one year on pro-rata basis. The bidder should have achieved a minimum annual value of general construction work, with at least 50% of which is from Engineering (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical) construction works. The bidder should also have annualized average annual financial turnover of Rs. 91,09,435 on construction works during the last three years, and a minimum net worth of Rs. 38,59,930. The maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last 5 years should be updated to the current costing level by enhancing it at a simple rate of interest of 7% per annum. The required percentage of similar works completed is 80% (value-wise) or more, and the percentage of Engineering (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical) construction works should be at least 50%.
