The bidder should have satisfactorily completed or substantially completed three works, each of Rs. 232.40 Lakhs or two works, each of Rs. 290.50 Lakhs or one work of Rs. 464.79 lakh in single contract of similar nature of work, such as "Experience in completion of Flexible Pavement works in Airfield, National Highways/Expressways, Harbour pavements, State Highways" during the last seven years. Substantial completion is based on 80% of awarded cost or more value-wise works completed under the contract. The value of executed works should be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum. The bidder needs to provide details of the completed works, including the name of the work, nature of work, date of actual completion, amount of completion, and completion certificate issuing authority name and designation. The bidder should have a minimum annual value of General Construction Work, with at least 50 percent of which is from Engineering (Civil) construction work carried out in any of the year during the last 5 years. The bidder should also have Average Annual Financial Turnover of Rs. 205.67 Lakh on construction works during the last three years. The percentage of similar works completed is mentioned as at least 50 percent of the minimum annual value of General Construction Work, which should be from Engineering (Civil) construction work, and substantial completion is based on 80% of awarded cost or more value-wise works completed under the contract.
