The required prior work experience for the bidder includes details of similar works completed during the last seven years, with completion certificates issued by clients. The information to be provided for each work includes name of work, completion cost, current costing level, date of start, date of completion, and TDS amount, if applicable. The bidder should have successfully completed or substantially completed three works, each of Rs. 51,01,412/- or two works, each of Rs 63,76,765/- or one work of Rs. 1,02,02,824/- in a single contract of similar nature of civil work during the last seven years. Substantial completion is based on 80 percent (value wise) or more works completed under the contract. The experience certificates should show the nature of work done, the value of work, date of start, date of completion as per agreement, actual date of completion, and satisfactory completion of work. For works completed pre-GST era, the completion amount will be divided by 1.12 to exclude pre-GST taxes. The value of executed works shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum. The values and percentages mentioned for similar works completed include 80% for substantial completion and 7% per annum for current costing level. Additionally, the bidder should have annualized average financial turnover of Rs. 45,14,750/- on construction works during the last three years.
