The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having satisfactorily completed at least three works, with details such as name of work, value of work, date of start, date of completion, actual date of completion, and satisfactory completion of work. For general construction work, the bidder should have achieved a minimum annual value of general construction work, with at least 50% of it being from engineering (civil) construction works. The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed or substantially completed three works, each of Rs. 161.51 Lacs (excluding GST) or two works, each of Rs. 201.89 Lacs (excluding GST) or one work of Rs. 323.03 Lacs (excluding GST) in single contract of similar nature of building works including Internal/External Electrification work during last 07 (seven) years. Alternatively, if the main agency does not have the above credential related to Electrical Work, they can engage a specialized agency who should have experience in Internal / External Electrification Work, with three completed works costing not less than INR 11.16 lakh, or two completed works costing not less than INR 13.95 lakh, or one completed work costing not less than INR 22.32 lakh. Substantial completion is based on 80% (value wise) or more works completed under the contract. The value of executed works shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum, calculated from the date of completion to the date of bid opening. For Internal / External Electrification Work experience in last 7 years: - Three (03) completed works costing not less than the amount equal to INR 11.16 lakh. - Two (02) completed works costing not less than the amount equal to INR 13.95 lakh. - One (01) completed works costing not less than the amount equal to INR 22.32 lakh.
