The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: 1. Three similar completed services costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost; 2. Two similar completed services costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost; 3. One similar completed service costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. The bidder should have annualized average financial turnover of Rs. 63,57,490/- against works executed during last three years ending 31st March 2024. Past experience of similar services is required for the last seven years, with details of similar works completed during this period. The value of executed works shall be brought to the current level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum, calculated from the date of completion to the last date of submission of the bid. The bidder should also have a minimum net worth of Rs. 31,78,745/-. The percentages of similar works completed mentioned are 40%, 50%, and 80%.
