Bids Received In Excess Of Each Lot Of Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. The Local Government Unit Of Las Nieves Now Invites Bids For Diesel Generator Set To Be Used For The Support To Emergency/intelligence And Patrol Base Operations (counter Insurgency And Counter Terrorism - Support To Patrol Base) . Delivery Of The Goods Is Required For 10 Calendar Days. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Negotiated Procurement -small Value Procurement (sec. 53.9) As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”.
