Bids Received In Excess Of Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. The Local Government Unit Of Las Nieves Now Invites Bids For Catering Services To Be Used For The Conduct Of Public Hearing At Barangay Lawan-lawan And Bokbokon . Delivery Of The Goods Is Required For 10 Calendar Days. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Negotiated Procurement -small Value Procurement (sec. 53.9) As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”. Interested Bidders May Obtain Further Information From The Local Government Unit Of Las Nieves And Inspect The Bidding Documents At The Address Given Below During Office Hours From 8:00 Am To 5:00 Pm.
