Description Invitation To Bid For 4h Club Capacity Development Activity Cum School Vegetable Gardening Support The Local Government Unit Of Las Nieves, Through The Budget For The Contract Approved By The Sanggunian Intends To Apply The Sum Of Thirty Six Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Pesos (php 36,250.00) Only For Lot 1, And Forty Five Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty Pesos (php 45,950.00) Only For Lot 2, Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract Of 4h Club Capacity Development Activity Cum School Vegetable Gardening Support. Bids Received In Excess Of Each Item/lot Of Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. The Local Government Unit Of Las Nieves Now Invites Bids For Construction Supplies And Materials To Be Used For 4h Club Capacity Development Activity Cum School Vegetables. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required For 10 Calendar Days. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Negotiated Procurement -small Value Procurement (sec. 53.9) As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”.
