Bids Received In Excess Of Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Unit Of Nasipit Now Invites Bids For The Supply And Delivery Of Materials Use For Dasig Paskuhan Sa Nasipit - A Festival Of Lights And Culture. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within (30) Thirty Calendar Days From Receipt Of The Approved Notice To Proceed (ntp). Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
