Description Invitation To Bid For Senior Citizen’s Month Celebration The Local Government Unit Of Las Nieves, Through The Budget For The Contract Approved By The Sanggunian Intends To Apply The Sum Of Twenty Six Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty Pesos (php 26,950.00) Only For Lot 1, Thirty Five Thousand Seven Hundred Seventy Five Pesos (php 35,775.00) Only For Lot 2, And One Thousand Two Hundred Pesos (php 1,200.00) Only For Lot 3, Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract Of Senior Citizen’s Month Celebration. Bids Received In Excess Of Each Item/lot Of Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. The Local Government Unit Of Las Nieves Now Invites Bids For Catering Services To Be Used For Senior Citizen’s Month Celebration. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required For 10 Calendar Days. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Negotiated Procurement -small Value Procurement (sec. 53.9) As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”. Interested Bidders May Obtain Further Information From The Local Government Unit Of Las Nieves And Inspect The Bidding Documents At The Address Given Below During Office Hours From 8:00 Am To 5:00 Pm. Bids Must Be Duly Received By The Bac Secretariat At The Address Below On Or Before October 14, 2024 Not Later Than 10:00 Am In The Morning.
