Description Provision Of Promotional Materials For The Conduct Of Cfidp Trainings/activities The Agricultural Training Institute-regional Training Center Ix (ati-rtc Ix) Through The 2024 General Appropriation Act Intends To Apply The Sum Of Six Hundred Sixty-eight Thousand And Seven Hundred Forty Pesos Only (p 668,740.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Provision Of Promotional Materials For The Conduct Of Cfidp Trainings/activities. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected. The Ati-rtc Ix Invites Bids For The Aforementioned Contract. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipts Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii: Instruction To Bidders. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of The Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”.
