The Contractor Shall Provide A Detailed Technical Proposal And Cost Breakdown For The Entire Project. usda Ars Sea Intends To Issue A Request For Proposals For A Firm Fixed Priced Contract. The Solicitation Is Anticipated To Be A Total Small Business Set-aside. The Naics Code For This Requirement Is 236220 With A Size Standard Of $45.0 M.
