The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - A Degree Holder in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the same nature of work. - A Diploma holder in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the same nature of work. - A Supervisor with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the same nature of work. The bidder should have completed at least one work of 75% or two works of 40% of the similar nature of the estimated cost of the work. Additionally, the bidder should have achieved a minimum financial turnover volume of construction work of at least the amount equal to the estimated cost of works for three years, indexed at the rate of 8 percent for a year, and satisfactorily completed at least one similar work equal to 75% in value or two similar works equal to 40% in value of the estimated cost of work. The bidder must also have experience in works of a similar nature and size for each of the last five years, with details of works in progress or contractually committed, along with the total monetary value of civil construction works performed for each of the last five years.
