Courthouse, 1729 5th Avenue North, Birmingham, Alabama. The Primary Requirements Are As Follows: modify The Current Esss And Adjacent Uddc Public Display Space To Reconfigure And Expand The Esss; demolish, Remove, And Dispose Of All Waste Materials; complete Any Necessary Hazardous Material Abatement; all Flooring, Doors, Furniture And Hardware Are To Be Protected; finish All Surfaces To Match Current, Including Sanding, Priming, Painting/staining, Molding, Finishings, As Necessary; comply With The Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standard (abaas); install Necessary Infrastructure To Support Anticipated Security Equipment; install Automatic Egress Gating; tie All Controls Into Ongoing Physical Access Control System (pacs); all Tools/waste Are The Contractor's Responsibility, And The Courthouse Must Be Accessible And Presentable During Working Hours (building Dumpsters Shall Not Be Used For Disposal) all Bidders May Request A Site Visit And Will Be Accommodated. an Initial Construction Documents Will Set The Framework And General Scope Of Work For This Project.
