This Is A Technical Assistance Services Contract To Provide For The Tribal Home Visiting Resource Institute For Excellence (thrive). The Purpose Of This Contract Is To Provide Technical Assistance (ta) Support Through The Tribal Home Visiting Resource Institute For Excellence (thrive), A Ta Center Providing Services For The Tribal Maternal, Infant, And Early Childhood Home Visiting (tribal Miechv) Program, Administered By The Administration For Children And Families (acf). The Thrive Center Will Provide Guidance, Leadership, And Support To Promote Excellence In The Implementation Of Evidence-based Home Visiting Programs In American Indian And Alaska Native (aian) Communities Across The Nation. The Government Shall Not Exercise Any Supervision Or Control Over The Contract Service Providers Performing The Services Herein. Such Contract Service Providers Shall Be Accountable Solely To The Contractor Who, In Turn, Is Responsible To The Government.
