All Items Listed Under The Purchasers Specifications Must Be Complied On A Pass-fail Basis. Failure To Meet Any One Of The Requirements Will Result To Rejection. 3. It Is A Requirement To Provide Updated Business Permit And Department Of Trade And Industry (dti) Permit Before Any Quotation/bid Is Made. 4. Expired Business Permit And Department Of Trade And Industry (dti) Permit Of A Supplier, Distributor, Dealer, And Manufacturer Will Automatically Lead To Issuance Of Disqualification Of Quotation. 5. The Applicable Rate For Late Deliveries Is One Tenth (1/10) Of One Percent T (1%) Of The Cost Of The Unperformed Portion For Every Day Of Delay.
