Tenders are invited for Capacity building needs assessment The main objective of this assignment is to undertake Capacity building needs assessment and capacity building plan for Palestinian youth groups/National Networks/Lejan and for the Palestinian Youth National Network to inform trainings modalities and capacity building opportunities that will be executed over 4 modalities (People4Change, GOLD, TCDC and Global Platform Palestine). The capacity needs’ assessment and capacity building plan should align with the SPA2 program framework. The assignment aims at creating a better understanding of capacity building gaps, including of skills, attitudes, and competencies that are essential towards young people’s activism and leadership in addressing and responding to their local and national issues, in addition to connecting national concerns with global events and avenues whereby the voice and influence of Palestinian young people will be further amplified.
