The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully executing or completing similar services over the last three years, with specific requirements such as: 1. Three similar completed services costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost, with a value of Rs. 88,76,234.80. 2. Two similar completed services costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost, with a value of Rs. 1,10,95,293.50. 3. One similar completed service costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost, with a value of Rs. 1,77,52,469.60. Additionally, the bidder should have an average annual financial turnover of Rs. 78,55,467.80 and a minimum net worth of Rs. 33,28,588.05. The bidder should also have achieved a minimum annual value of general construction work, with at least 50% of it being from Engineering Construction work, in any of the last five years. The bidder needs to submit details of similar work successfully completed or substantially completed during the last seven years, including the name of the work/project, location, client, awarded cost, date of commencement, stipulated date of completion, actual date of completion, and completion cost/actual work done. The experience criteria also include providing details of similar nature of work, i.e., "Operation and Maintenance of E&M installations for Cargo Handling excluding passenger Baggage handling at Airports/ Ports/ Warehouses/Yards /Other Industries" in single contract during the last seven years ending on 31.01.2025. The bidder should submit details of similar works completed satisfactorily during the last seven years in the given format Form-C with supporting documents issued by the client. Note that experience gained by executing work on back-to-back contract/ Sub-contract basis is acceptable under certain conditions.
