The 4id, Philippine Army, Through The Philippine Army Appropriations Cy 2024 (ra 11975 With Asa No. 0400-2024-2023 Dated 03 September 2024 Valid Until 31 December 2024, Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Five Hundred Sixty-nine Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty-five Pesos (php1,569,825.00) The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For The Procurement Of Security Equipment And Ict Amenities Of 4id And 10fssu Facilities Under 4id Sbac-08-2024. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Philippine Army Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within Thirty (30) Calendar Days From The Receipt Of Notice To Proceed (ntp) By The Supplier, Which Date Shall Not Be Later Than Seven (7) Days From The Issuance Of Ntp. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Nondiscretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. Bidding Is Open To All Interested Bidders, Whether Local Or Foreign, Subject To The Conditions For Eligibility Provided In The 2016 Revised Irr Of Ra No. 9184. 4.
