The 4id, Philippine Army, Through The Philippine Army Appropriations Cy 2024 (ra 11975 With Asa No. 0400-2024-2024 Dated 03 September 2024 Valid Until 31 December 2024, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Three Million Six Hundred Sixty-six Thousand Twelve Pesos (php3,666,012.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Lot 1 (various Furniture Amenities) And Seven Million Two Hundred Eighty Seven Thousand Five Hundred Forty-five Pesos (php7,287,545.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Lot 2 (double Deck Steel Bed With Storage And Foam) Under 4idsbac 06-24. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Philippine Army Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within Thirty (30) Calendar Days For Lot 1 And Sixty (60) Calendar Days For Lot 2 From The Receipt Of Notice To Proceed (ntp) By The Supplier, Which Date Shall Not Be Later Than Seven (7) Days From The Issuance Of Ntp. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Nondiscretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
