Provision of a Pest Control Service-Provision of reactive pest control treatments to deal with complaints of pest problems. The majority of work ordered by the customer from the Council’s Contact Centre will be for reactive pest control treatments to deal with complaints of pest problems. In addition to the reactive work, some Council land and buildings may require preventative quarterly test-baiting work for rats and mice and other survey work, with ad hoc treatments as, and when, required.
