Older Persons Floating Support Service-Wrexham County Borough Council (WCBC) has provisionally awarded a sole supplier to provide a housing related floating support service for older people living in their own homes (whether owner-occupiers, Contract Holders or licensees). The service will be provided across Wrexham County Borough and will support a minimum of 110 householders. The Contract will run for an initial three (3) year term, commencing on 1st October 2025, with the option to extend for a further period of two (2) years.

Hire and Maintenance of Building Maintenance Vehicles-A further 12 month contract with the incumbent supplier for the hire and maintenance of 91 vehicles for Housing and caretaker teams. This additional 12 months will enable the Council to complete its fleet review to determine what vehicles will be required in the future to support Council objectives while maintaining operational capacity/performance.
