BCT Black Country Local Plans Transport Modelling-City of Wolverhampton Council on behalf of Black Country Transport seek an organisation to develop the four individual Black Country Local Authorities local plans. This evidence is focused on transport modelling that will assess the transport impacts of the proposed developments through each individual local plan. The supplier will utilise the West Midlands strategic transport model (PRISM) to undertake this work. Utilising PRISM Framework
