The contest is for the delivery of audiovisual equipment. The framework agreement does not include PCs, network components, servers, software, toners/ink for the contracting authority's existing multifunction machines and mobile telephones as Viken Vest Innkjøpssamarbeid has a separate contract for these. Neither does the framework agreement include equipment and services in the stage/lighting/sound segment. The contracting authority reserves the right not to use the framework agreement for project related work and for work carried out in turnkey contracts/general contracts and/or if the contract suppliers are not able to fulfil the set requirements/needs, response time, etc.
