External Debt Recovery Services-The University of Southampton is looking to obtain external debt recovery services. Typically, student debt is passed to the Credit Control (CC) team after a set of 4 emailed Dunning reminders have been sent to the student from the Fees team, and where the student has failed to respond. Other situations when student debt is passed to CC will be when a student has requested a bespoke payment plan or has left the UoS and would no longer receive the 4 automated emails from the Fees team.
