Documents referred to in Annexes 1 to 4 above are not attached hereto but known to and in the possession of both parties. 4. Should there be any discrepancy between the Supplier’s offer and this PO, the instructions and conditions of this PO will prevail over the Supplier’s bid, unless otherwise agreed between Supplier and UNDP after discussion. 5. Packaging and marking instructions: The following information should be reflected on all types of packaging (primary, secondary, tertiary and outer package): The large volume of cargoes should be packed on the pallets wrapped with the appropriate film to avoid the any possible drop – out of boxes and to assure the integrity of the outer package. For items with transport requirements of 2 - 8 degrees Celsius please ensure appropriate packing with cool packs and Styrofoam boxes lasting for at least 72 hours. The marking should be as per international standards for cold chain shipment. For temperature sensitive items the appropriate keep cool packing must be included in the offered weight and volume. For items with transport and storage at arrival requirements of keep frozen / dry ice please ensure appropriate packing and marking as per international standards. Items with transport requirements such as “cannot be shipped on the side / ship upright” or “do not stack” should clearly be highlighted in the quotation as this has to be considered in the freight calculation. For items considered FRAGILE please clearly pack and mark the box according to international standards. All items considered as DANGEROUS GOODS – please clearly state the correct UN Number / Packing class / Packing group and confirm packed for ''PAX''.
