Single Supplier Framework for Demolition Works at 12-14 Strand Torquay-Torbay Council has established a single-supplier framework for the purpose of demolishing the existing old Debenhams Unit at 12-14 Strand in Torquay. The Framework will have two potential call-offs as a direct award associated with it, the first being the initial PCSA and the second the actual demolition works.
