The market concerns the installation of a technical base in each water agency of a common solution of dematerialization and simplification of processes as well as the implementation of pilot projects: a joint pilot project on the field of royalties, a specific pilot project by agency. The water agency Loire-Bretagne is the coordinator of the control group, the other agencies being that of Artois-Picardie (Douai) and that of Garonne (Toulouse).
