Electrical Testing Inspections-Lot 1 – Periodic Electrical Inspections within Domestic properties situated north of the main railway line. The initial contract term will be for 36 months with an option to extend for a further 24 months (1 period of 24 months) for a potential total contract term of 5 years as stated in the ITT documents. Estimated contract spend is between £435,000 and £450,000 across the initial 3 year contract term and between £725,000 and £750,000 across the potential total 5 year contract term.
