Managing Consultant for Whole House Retrofit-Swindon Borough Council has secured a Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF2.1) grant from the Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy to improve the energy efficiency of 114 Unity Houses (Precast Concrete system Build Houses) within the Council's housing stock.
