The Supply and Installation of Air Source Heat Pumps in Residents Homes Under the Requirements of The Warm Homes Grant Funding-Sunderland City Council have been successful in a bid to the Warm Homes Fund (WHF) and will oversee and manage the installation of 135 All-Electric Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHPs) into WHF eligible E-F-G rated low-income properties, that do not have a central heating system, use solid fuel, or use old inefficient Electric Storage Heaters.
