Energy Efficiency Consultancy Services-Award against framework: SPA Framework for Energy Efficiency Consultancy Services (SC Ref:754036) The scope of this requirement is threefold: Decarbonisation audits of the Council’s property portfolio in order to develop a Net Zero Carbon Route Map; Consultancy services for Energy Performance Certificates (EPC); and Design services to develop projects arising from the audits to Stage 2/3 of the Royal Institute of British Architect’s (RIBA) Plan of Work.
