DPS for Schools and Other Transport (Taxi & Private Hire Car)-The DPS shall remain open to new applicants throughout the period of the agreement. There is no guarantee of any contracts/spend through the lifetime of the DPS. Companies may leave and apply/re-apply to join the DPS during the lifetime of this DPS.
