Statsbygg requests tenders for a framework agreement for consultancy service regarding course and competence development in project management in the Statsbygg organisation.. The framework agreement shall cover assistance course and development of Statsbygg's internal project training and development programme, and shall contribute to strengthening project competence and the implementation ability in our projects.
