The Norwegian Public Roads Administration, the Division of Transport and Society, the Department of Community Development and the Climate, the Section for Overall Planning (henceforth referred to as Contracting Authority) wishes, on behalf of the transport enterprises (Avinor AS, Bane NOR SF, the Norwegian Railway Directorate, the Norwegian Coastal Administration, Nye Veier AS and the Norwegian Public Roads Administration) to establish a framework agreement with a tenderer in connection with maintenance, management and minor development of the national goods model system. The purpose of the procurement is to procure assistance related to the maintenance and management of the National modelling system for goods transport, CUBE Goods. The estimated value is NOK 5 – 30 million. The maximum value is NOK 30 million.
