The Norwegian Public Roads Administration requests tenders for assembly and disassembly, as well as operation and rental of accommodation modules for the builder's personnel at Rødskjær. The housing modules shall be in operation for 5 years after the deadline for completion. Option for 6+6+6 months of operation, maintenance and hire. Option for the rental of 4 additional bed-sitting rooms, (2 bed-sitting rooms per module)

Framework agreement for rock protection in tunnels in the Rogaland area and in parts of Vestland County. The contract will mainly be based on the execution of shortcomings and errors after geological main inspections, which will be available before each measure. Most of the work will be protection with bolts and concrete in tunnels, there will also be the removal of netting/sheet arching/PE foam and scanning as required. There can be minor amounts of blasting/pigging. The contract will be for one year, contract 2023-2024, in which Mastrafjord, Byfjord, Håklepp, and Bømlafjord tunnels are to be improved in accordance with the main inspections, see the annex. The reports for Mastrafjord and Byfjord tunnels are completed, whilst the reports for Håklepp and Bømlafjord tunnels are being prepared. The scope of the framework agreement for 2023-2024 is estimated to be NOK 30 million excluding VAT. Further scopes are dependent on allocations. The maximum turnover for the framework agreement is estimated to be NOK 120 million excluding VAT for the entire contract period, including the options (1+1+1).

Norway-moss: Construction Work

The Norwegian Public Roads Administration, the Division of Transport and Society, the Department of Community Development and the Climate, the Section for Overall Planning (henceforth referred to as Contracting Authority) wishes, on behalf of the transport enterprises (Avinor AS, Bane NOR SF, the Norwegian Railway Directorate, the Norwegian Coastal Administration, Nye Veier AS and the Norwegian Public Roads Administration) to establish a framework agreement with up to three tenderers for development and analysis tasks associated with the CUBE RTM system. The objective of the assignment is to establish a framework agreement with up to three providers within new development and major updates of adjacent applications to the CUBE RTM model system.

The Norwegian Public Roads Administration, the Division of Transport and Society, the Department of Community Development and Climate, the Section for Overall Planning (henceforth referred to as the Contracting Authority) wishes, on behalf of the transport enterprises (Avinor AS, Bane NOR SF, the Norwegian Railway Directorate, the Norwegian Coastal Administration, Nye Veier AS and the Norwegian Public Roads Administration) to receive tenders for assistance regarding the maintenance of the framework for the Regional Model for Passenger transport, henceforth referred to as CUBE RTM. The objective of the assignment is to maintain the framework for the the Regional Model for Passenger transport in CUBE, and to ensure data flow between the different systems included in the model system. The framework agreement includes new development which is to be looked on as updating and maintenance.

The Norwegian Public Roads Administration (henceforth referred to as the Contracting Authority) wishes to enter into a framework agreement that includes the supply of services regarding traffic analyses, transport analyses, socio-economic analyses, consultancy and compilation of results. The objective of the call for tenders is to enter into a framework agreement with several providers. The framework agreement is divided into three lots and three lots will be entered into, divided in accordance with the following three subject areas: • Transport analyses • Traffic analyses • Socio-economics Within each lot, work assignments will be, for example, calculations, analyses, advice, and assistance.

Upgrades Will Be Carried Out For The Electrical And Technical Control Installations, Site And Construction Engineering In The Glaskar Tunnel.

The purpose of the procurement is that the contracting authority will have access to resources where dogs detect explosives residue in connection with building and construction activity. The assignment is a joint project between the Norwegian Public Roads Authority and Bane Nor, where both parties can freely use the contract as needed. The Norwegian Public Roads Authority is the contracting party.

The assignment includes operational and maintenance assignments, with function responsibility for some of the assignments, on national roads, national foot and cycle paths, county roads and county foot and cycle paths with the accompanying side installations, side areas, equipment and installations in Vardø, Vadsø, Nesseby, Tana, Sør-Varanger and Karasjok municipalities, in accordance with the road list stated in chapter D2-V1 and D2-S20. The contract period is from and including 2023-09-01 to and including 2028-08-31 for all of the described assignments. The road network covered by the assignment, (including metered arms, ramps, junction parts, and side installation parts, but not included in the connection links or oncoming lanes) consists of: A total of 506.114 km roads, split between 478.433 km of national roads 8.446 km of county roads 19.135 km national foot/cycle paths and 0.100 km of county foot/cycle paths

Norway-Moss: Structural engineering consultancy services - Building inspections will be carried out on 430 properties along the route of the Lerstadt Tunnel. The condition of buildings and structures must be surveyed before construction work begins. The boundary of the survey is set at approximately 100m to either side of the route. Necessary inspections of properties after work on the tunnel is completed will be carried out at the request of the contracting authority. Subsidence levelling will also be carried out on some buildings.
