SCC - TC06 Servicing, Maintenance & Responsive Repairs to Gas & Heating / Plumbing and Kitchen Plant & Equipment in Public Buildings and Schools within the City of Southend on Sea-Southend-on-Sea City Council manage and maintain multiple Public Buildings including some Educational Facilities. Lot 1 involves the regular planned maintenance and responsive repairs to the Citys Gas and Heating Plant and Equipment. The Council has concluded that its requirements are best achieved by appointing one supplier under this Lot to deliver the service under a JCT Measured Term Contract 2016 Edition.
