Framework Agreement for Software Reseller Services-The Authority intends to create a framework agreement with three awarded suppliers. Suppliers will not be ranked and, where required, will be invited to participate in each further competition exercise. The Authority anticipates the full contract value to be in the region of £15 million - £30 million.
