The subject of this tender is the provision of Clerks for Aġenzija Sapport. The place of acceptance of the services shall be Aġenzija Sapport, Patri Ġwann Azzopardi, Santa Venera, the time-limits for the execution of the contract shall be three (3) years from the date of the Commencement Notice from the Contracting Authority with a possible extension of one (1) year at the same terms, rates and conditions and the INCOTERM2020 applicable shall be Delivery Duty Paid (DDP).
