Award of SPPD: IT STAFF SERVICES FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT: PROVISION OF 1 x SPM BUSINESS ANALYST-You are hereby invited by Scottish Ministers to provide proposals (including CVs) for the provision of a SPM Business Analyst as detailed in Part A below, to be called-off from the Scottish Procurement framework agreement for the provision of Interim IT Staff Services.
