National Marine Plan 2 Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) and Habitat Regulations Assessment (HRA)-The Scottish Government’s Marine Directorate (“The Marine Directorate”) invites a tender from a suitable contractor for a 24 month period commencing in March 2024, or as early as possible, for the supply of consultancy services to undertake statutory environmental assessments for approximately six - eight months, with additional support requested during the remaining period.
