DLEARN - Provision of parent research as part of the programme of evaluation for the expansion of early learning and childcare-(SC Ref:787766) Scottish Government Children and Families Analysis Unit and Early Learning and Childcare Division, on behalf of the Scottish Ministers, wish to commission a survey of parents and carers of children under the age of 6 in Scotland, and additional qualitative research with a sub-sample of parents and carers. This is as part of a wider programme of evaluation of the expansion of the early learning and childcare (ELC) entitlement to 1,140 hours.
